Buell Premium Service Center (call for demo rides)

Think of a Premium Service Centers as a “main hub;” here, Buell power here can average anywhere from 2-20 bikes, all of which fall under typical dealership perks like test rides, start-up checks, walkarounds and more. Call for test & demo availability.

Buell Display Service Center (display only)

There’s another option, too - the Standard Service Center. Buell’s bikes are presented as display models, with quick specs and walkarounds made possible thanks to our awesome team.

If you are interested in purchasing, our team will direct you to our website, where you will use our BUELL DIRECT and place a $50 Deposit to get in contact with our Sales team for your dream Buell bike.

Buell Service Centers (service & maintenance only)

Buell Service Centers are additional locations across the country that are authorized to service Buell models! While these locations do not have any models on display, they can assist you with servicing & maintenance on your Buell model to keep it fresh and on the road. "How do I buy a Buell bike?"

We have designed your purchasing experience to be as hands-on as possible; as such, expect to make more than a few decisions when it comes to making the bike your own.

1. Visit www.Buellmotorcycle.com and place a $50 deposit on one of our production models. Note: Our 2024 Buell SuperTouring and 2025 Buell Super Cruiser are both now available for a $50 Pre-Order Deposit.

2. Once the $50 Deposit is placed on a production model, our sales team will reach out with a build sheet to fill out all your available customization options. Note: If you place a $50 Pre-Order Deposit on our SuperTouring or Super Cruiser, you will be the first to know of our development updates and we will reach out regarding your order once production begins.

3. At this point, a further $1000 USD deposit will be submitted and your Buell Build sheet will be sent out. This sheet will confirm your financing options, as well as list your chosen preferences in paint, detailing and add-ons like the Öhlins stabilizer (one of our available performance parts). 

4. Now, all that’s left to do is wait. It takes roughly 4-12 weeks for our team to build your bike, and when she’s ready to go, we’ll be sure to let you know. 

5. Bike ready? We’ll pair you with two Service Centers in your area, where you will have the option of either shipping the completed bike to a center, or get the package delivered directly to your home.

Both of our Premium Service Centers and Standard Service Centers are the perfect place to shoot the breeze and get a feel for our beautiful lineup. 

For those of you who are curious, both our Hammerhead and SX models are available to purchase online or by calling in to our Headquarters; if you’re keen on the power-hungry Baja Dune Racer, crowd-fave Super Cruiser or have your eyes set on the more elusive Super Tourer, we’re happy to report that all three bikes are currently available to Pre-Order, with further customization available upon request.
