Daytona Bike week will be a buzz with Buell unveiling Super Cruiser custom builds. Buell’s team will also be showcasing the highly anticipated Super Cruiser final prototypes at Destination Daytona.
Grand Rapids, Michigan – February 25, 2025 – Buell Motorcycles is barreling toward Daytona Bike Week with a full lineup of American muscle.
From February 28th to March 9th, Daytona attendees will be able to get up close and personal for a look at the Hammerhead and 1190SX models, as well as new SuperTouring prototypes, the final prototype Super Cruisers and a slew of fresh, radically different, custom Super Cruiser builds.

Final Prototypes
This year, Daytona Bike Week 2025 will be the launchpad for the highly anticipated, final Super Cruiser prototype. We'll have seven final prototypes present at Daytona, alternating the bikes between displays in Daytona Beach and riding the designated ride routes.
“This 2025 Daytona bike week for Buell is really special”, said Bill Melvin, CEO of Buell Motorcycle Co. “Our company has been growing exponentially as we ramp up for the Super Cruiser production launch and these final prototypes are a big accomplishment in that journey. The Super Cruiser is now fully engineered & supply chain sourced. These builds allow us to vet out any final tweaks with suppliers as we ramp up order volumes.”
A key highlight of the final prototype is Buell's new partnership with Fox Factory. This collaboration has resulted in a pioneering full on-road suspension system, featuring a new fork and shock. Fox’s suspension will work in concert with dual-disc EBC rotors and Brembo calipers.
Full details on both the suspension and braking systems will be revealed at Daytona.
Custom Super Cruiser Builds
To demonstrate the extreme versatility of the Super Cruiser platform, our team has put together a handful of one-of-a-kind custom Super Cruisers.
“The vision and art of the Super Cruiser is now being unveiled!” Melvin continues. “When we designed the RSD concept, the goal was a highly customizable platform to allow our riders to flex their muscle and their style. Being the rider’s rider, we let our creative juices flow, and our skunkworks team built some epic customs."
These custom machines are strictly concept builds and will not be manufactured for the market. Each bike is a unique expression of the platform's potential, designed to demonstrate the endless possibilities of mods with a Super Cruiser.
We hope these custom Cruisers will inspire our riders to go wild when the Super Cruiser debuts to markets at the end of this year!

2x Bagger Super Cruisers - Featuring a sleek Advanblack front fairing and highly requested Viking hard-mounted saddlebags.
1x Drifter Cross Stunt Super Cruiser – We’re releasing the beast and letting our 1190cc V-Twin run wild in this high-octane homage to the Drifter Cross stunt life. Featuring custom Dean Adams exhaust, chopped rear fender, and a Road Warrior front fairing.
1x Flat Track Super Cruiser - Featuring Lowry Racing performance parts, and a Vance & Hines Exhaust. With the Buell 1190 V-Twin engine, this beast is ready to tear up the dirt.
1x Hillclimb Super Cruiser - Inspired by Logan Cipala’s success on the Buell 1190 HCR
These customs share the same tank and engine as the production Super Cruiser, highlighting the modularity of the platform and the Super Cruiser’s potential for extreme customization.
